This document unifies our Supplier Charter and Core Principles into a seamless blueprint. Governed by AllAuthenticHerbs Corporate Governance, it outlines the mandatory behaviors, ethical frameworks, and operational rules governing all corporate entities, manufacturing facilities, global distributors, e-commerce networks (including authenticherbs.store), and suppliers across our six core enterprise lines:

2. Ethical Governance & Integrity

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Under AllAuthenticHerbs Corporate Governance, Authentic Herbs does not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. Personnel and partners must never make, authorize, seek, accept, or tolerate any kind of offer, gift, kickback, or illicit payment to secure an unfair commercial advantage.

  • Facilitation payments are strictly barred under all circumstances.

Conflicts of Interest

A conflict of interest arises whenever a person's loyalties, external business holdings, family relationships, or commercial positions influence or appear to influence actions away from the best interests of Authentic Herbs or its global B2B procurement and e-commerce retail partners. All potential conflicts must be proactively declared in writing to your primary commercial or Procurement contact.

Fair Competition and Free Markets

We compete vigorously but fairly based on the scientific merits and verifiable purity data of our botanical products across all web domains. Suppliers and partners must strictly comply with all relevant regional antitrust and competition laws. Anti-competitive collusion, price-fixing, or coercive market tactics that unfairly restrict trade are strictly illegal.

Financial Controls & Tax Evasion

We hold an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, fiscal misconduct, money laundering, and the facilitation of tax evasion. All contracts, invoices, and accounting documentation relating to corporate supply or sales on authenticherbs.store must accurately reflect true commercial realities with zero false representations. 4. Technology & Security Guardrails

Responsible Use of AI and Generative Systems

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (Gen-AI) tools offer powerful scaling opportunities but must be deployed with strict accountability. When developing code, software, digital assets, or e-commerce integrations for or on behalf of Authentic Herbs, partners must adhere to our centralized usage expectations and guardrails. The deployment of non-proprietary or external AI tools during project execution requires adherence to strict parameters to eliminate security vulnerabilities, prevent intellectual property exposure, and protect data privacy.

Information Security & Data Privacy

Commercially sensitive datasets, trade secrets, botanical formulations, and consumer personal identity data from authenticherbs.store must be robustly shielded from unauthorized access. Partners must execute Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and deploy verified Technical and Organisational Measures to protect information networks. 5. Respect for People & Inclusion

AllAuthenticHerbs Corporate Governance firmly adheres to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
