We ship domestic and international orders using trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS). Standard order processing typically takes 1–3 business days before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, tracking details are sent directly to your registered email.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service speed. We offer standard ground and expedited express options. Free standard domestic shipping may be available for qualifying retail orders above specified promo values.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply in their destination country. Delivery times vary according to local customs processing speeds.
B2B & Wholesale Freight
For large wholesale, distributor, or private-label orders, shipping is arranged via palletized freight (LTL/FTL). Terms are typically Ex Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) as detailed in your specific purchase contract. Please submit an inquiry on our Contact Page for logistics coordinates.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We stand by the purity and potency of our botanical supplements. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.
Retail Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in saleable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and items. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request, please submit a request via our Corporate Contact Form (selecting "Customer Support" as the purpose) with your order number, list of items, and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Exclusions
Custom formulations, private-label products, and bulk raw materials are sold under final-sale terms as defined in the master service agreement and are not eligible for standard returns unless they deviate from approved specification files.
